I don't foresee this one being too exciting.  Liverpool has nothing to play for in the league and arguably neither do Chelsea.  I can see some of our starters being rested for this one with the Champions League final in mind.  If we lose Ashley Cole, it's game over.

JT, Ivanovic, Ramires, and Meireles all to start.  Torres will probably start as well.

I'll probably be pissed off regardless of the result.

Chelsea still have a good chance to finish in the top four, but they'll need to win here, and they'll need to rely on other teams losing. If it comes down to it, their goal difference is still very strong. Liverpool will be looking to take a bite at Chelsea, they put up a good performance in the second half of the F.A. Cup final, and were unlucky, but this year they haven't been strong at Anfield, so, once again, I think the result may favour Chelsea, especially as they can't use some of their big match players for the Champions League final.

I'll put my money on Chelsea today. Both teams have something to play for. Liverpool still have a chance to end up over Everton, and Chelsea can still finish on 4th place. But both scenarios are very unlikely to occur.

Even if there was nothing to play for, the players would still raise their level because these are two big clubs, there will be a lot of people interested and watching this match, it would be difficult not to perform, not to care.

Is the kickoff at 20:00 GMT or 19:45 GMT?  ESPN says 19:45 while BBC says 20:00

Just went with the BBC. LiveScore.com have it down as 20:00 GMT as well, as do ChelseaFC.com (I feel dirty for going on there).

As expected, we're playing our B team and those who can not play in the Champions League final.  Should be a pretty good game I guess

Fucking disgusting from Shelvey.  It was him right?  Kicked Malouda in the back of the head.
