Charlie Adam seems like a top person but as a player he frustrates the hell out of me. Carroll as well it's just not going to work out. What bugs me the most is when people say we aren't playing to his strengths. It's everyones fault but his own just like with Torres. I expect us to be looking for a new striker in January.

Carroll is really useless, he looks lazy on the field, there was one action where I think Maxi continued to do his best to get to the ball to pass to where Carroll should have been, but instead he gave up while Maxi was still trying. It is not the first time this has happened. Forget the 35M price tag, consider him as a 5 M signing we made instead, well he isn't good, so we need to get a better option and with Suarez possibly about to start his 8 match(or more if he fails in his appeal) ban, we need someone who is hungry for goals, someone hardworking and possibly someone who has already played in the Premier League to make sure he will be able to fit in and adapt easily.

I don't think Aquilani wanted to be here, realistically his Anfield career ended when he was loaned out for the first time. As for Mereiles, I don't think he was too keen on staying either. Some people just don't want to be in some places.

I do not want us to buy players just because they are from the premier league. I think we showed last summer it means nothing. Suarez didn't take much time bedding in and there is a world of good players out there.
