The following summer see the lilywhite outfit perform several changes at the club. Media favourite Harry Redknapp is shown the door for André Villas-Boas appointment, Ledley King's knees gives up and the king is forced to abdicate, and the creative duo Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart moves abroad. In the wake of all departures Daniel Levy takes his time upon him to sign six players; Sigurdsson, Vertonghen, Adebayor, Dembélé, Dempsey and Lloris. With a newly crafted side and a new generation stepping out on the grass at White Hart Lane, will André Villas-Boas finally shrug his doubters off? Will his Tottenham side meet the high sights, or will failure have it in another echo of glory? No matter what happens, it should prove to be excellent entertainment.
